BIOGRAPHY
Joanna studied archaeology at the University of Melbourne
specialising in the Early Bronze Age of Anatolia. She
has a Masters in prehistoric textiles and participated
in the excavation of Sos Hoyuk in eastern Turkey from
1999-2002. She now works as a Cultural Heritage Advisor for an archaeological consulting firm in Melbourne.
Jo has spent many years working in sales and
marketing and since 2000 has worked in online communications
and web development. Jo has been a regular volunteer at the Institute of Archaeology
since 2002. She created and continues to maintain the
Insitute's website and marketing material.
